Following a warranty claim on our door which was installed 6 years ago! (nobody’s fault) I contacted Pate & Lever who carried out the original fitment and I’ve got to say, I’ve never dealt with a more helpful company. Nothing was too much trouble, there was no quibble, the door was simply replaced. Exceptional!! The fitters that attended identified a couple of other minor issues, parts were ordered, fitted a week later and not only the door, but the frame is also like new. They didn’t have to do this, but they did. Awesome service.
If you need a window/door company, Pate and Lever are it! Thanks guys, absolutely epic!
