Excellent company to do business with, from the initial site visit to the final fitting was completely faltless. The quality of the product and of the workmanship was outstanding. This company is without doubt, premier league. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great service all round, from initial contact and measuring up, to the install and tidy up. We had two bay windows and a bathroom window replaced and we would not hesitate to use Pate & Lever again in future.

After years of deliberation about losing our wooden windows and going for upvc we finally did it! Chose Pate and Lever because it gave us the option to keep the leaded lights we have always loved and through personal recommendations. Couldn’t be happier with service and results. No pushy sales talk, genuine, honest and helpful advice. Mark and Tim worked so hard and did a fantastic job fitting windows going the extra mile and causing minimal mess and disruption. The leaded lights have been beautifully restored and encapsulated. Very happy customers!

Following a warranty claim on our door which was installed 6 years ago! (nobody’s fault) I contacted Pate & Lever who carried out the original fitment and I’ve got to say, I’ve never dealt with a more helpful company. Nothing was too much trouble, there was no quibble, the door was simply replaced. Exceptional!! The fitters that attended identified a couple of other minor issues, parts were ordered, fitted a week later and not only the door, but the frame is also like new. They didn’t have to do this, but they did. Awesome service.
